Apogee hair removal

Apogee is a laser device for hair removal that has been approved by the FDA and is recognized for its safety. The laser is selectively absorbed only by the black melanin pigment of the hair follicle in the growth phase, and it changes into heat energy to destroy the hair follicle that is growing. Since the laser selectively affects only black hair, it destroys the hair root and hair follicle without affecting the skin, sweat glands, and sebaceous glands, so it is safe and causes less skin irritation. It can be performed on any area (face/body) where hair removal is desired cleanly, and hair removal is easy with a short treatment time and little pain.

With dual wavelengths of 755nm and 1064nm, you can experience effective results not only for permanent hair removal but also for melanin pigment removal, blood vessels, and hydration.

The large spot size of up to 24mm allows for faster, more accurate, and effective treatments.

Principle of Procedure

The laser of a specific wavelength selectively targets the melanin in the anagen hair follicles, generating heat energy around the hair follicle. This damages the follicular cells that produce hair, ultimately causing the anagen hair follicles to go through the catagen phase and enter the telogen phase.
